One of my top clients is reopening an exciting opportunity for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to lead large-scale, data-driven performance campaigns in global markets.

Work Model
Hybrid: 4 days on-site in Tel Aviv + 1 hybrid day per week.
What you’ll do
Lead and optimize high-budget UA campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat
Drive performance improvements across CPA, ROAS, and LTV
Build structured A/B & multivariate testing frameworks
Collaborate with creative, analytics, and product teams
Identify new growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
Own budgets and ensure efficient, impact-driven media spend
What you bring
3+ years of User Acquisition / Performance Marketing experience
Proven success running large-scale international campaigns
Strong hands-on experience with Meta & Google Ads
High analytical ability; proficiency with AppsFlyer / Adjust / GA
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Excellent English
